About Us: CityNest is a local real estate team in Victoria, BC. We help people buy and sell homes and love building strong relationships with our clients. We’re looking for a friendly and organized person to join our team in a part-time role to help with marketing and client care.

Position Overview: We are hiring a Part-Time Marketing & Client Care Assistant to support our real estate team. This is a flexible job with a variety of fun and creative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Help create social media posts to promote our business.

Write birthday cards for our clients.

Help with marketing projects by creating mail-outs, email campaigns and promotions.

Help organize client gifts.

Support our team with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Friendly and positive attitude.

Good writing and communication skills.

Comfortable using social media.

Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.

Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

No real estate experience required — we’ll teach you what you need to know!

Hours & Compensation:

Part-time position with flexible hours (about 5-10 hours per week). Potential for more hrs if you like the job and see other areas you want to be involved in.

$20/hr

We are looking for reliable Soccer Coach to work part-time every weekend.

Little Kickers provides children 18 months to 8 years of age a positive introduction to sport via soccer. Our soccer skills and games are taught in a fun and non-competitive environment. Coaches employ their imagination and creativity to deliver the lessons in an engaging and playful atmosphere. Actors, soccer players, teachers or those enrolled in the ECE program would be the perfect fit for Little Kickers. All training is provided.

Compensation: $18/hour

Requirements:

• Experience working with and engaging young children
• Must be able to work Saturday Mornings
• Reliable and able to commit to working every weekend with limited vacation requests
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality and who enjoys working with children, parents, and co-workers
• Able to be playful, fun, and imaginative with children
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with children and deliver feedback to parents
• High energy individual who is physically fit and able to coach soccer skills/games with young children for 3+ hours
• Access to a car
